Residential Ornament
Fennwick Fireplace

The floor plan for this site was designed by Mitch Laplante of Laplante Associates, and built by Epic Development Group. The American College of the Building Arts was asked to have a stone carver design and build a unique element for one of the homes on The Preserve in Fennwick Hall Plantation on John Island, SC.

As a current student, Mimi was able to work with S. A. Warren & Daughters to create this project.

This fireplace was started from rough block and completely hand carved from Indiana limestone and slate. It consists of seven pieces.
